BSOD after installing KIS on windows

Hello

I have installed the trail version of Kaspersky Internet Security a month ago, and this caused a frequent crash to my system. I tried every solution found on the internet but no one worked, and windows still crashes almost at every start.

 

Crash nature : 

  • IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
  • Tcpip.sys
  • BAD POOL CALLER 

Kaspersky version : 

  • Kaspersky Internet Security - Version: 21.3.10.391 (d)

Windows version : 

  • Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

I have tried many solutions found on the interent but no one worked. The only one remaining is to uninstall the antivirus, however I still have some days in the trial version before trying this last solution. 

I have attached the error message generated in a text file.

What’s the sha1 hash value of these files in %systemroot%\WINDOWS\System32\drivers ?

NETIO.SYS

fwpkclnt.sys

win32k.sys
