Active code will not send to device

I purchased a new code as my current one was about to expire and entered it into the app on my Win 10 Pro laptop thinking it would auto activate when the the current one expired as this is what the app claimed would happen, i checked today to confirm it had activated but it says there is an activation error and to activate manually

i tried this but it still gives a “ you have used this code too many times error “, i have checked on My Kaspersky and it shows the license as active but no devices to send it to, the laptop is listed but again says activation error

i have contacted support and received an auto reply but nothing from support yet, i did as requested and replied to the auto response email as the problem still exists and it said we will reply straight away but nothing yet

@scopex, wait for a response from technical support. License problems are solved only there.
