Activation error, cannot set up server connection.

Can’t active my account due to connection error, and i followed the instruction on setting up date and DNS client. However it doesn’t work.

Please tell us:

  1. Operating system name, version & build?
  2. KIS version & patch(x)? x = letter
  3. Documentation reference for “instruction on setting up date and DNS client”? 
  4. When you say “Can’t activate my account”, Are you trying to activate KIS application? 
  5. Can you sign into the MYKaspersky account from a browser/ 
  6. How long has KIS been installed? 
  7. Open KIS application, select Settings:gear: , select MORE TOOLS, select Reports, select Detailed Reports, select ALL Events, select 24hrs, select Exportsave the Report as a text file (.txt), attach:paperclip: the Report to your reply please?
