Kaspersky Endpoint security Cloud Business [MOVED]

Helo All,

 

We had an existing Kaspersky endpoint cloud security account for 50 users.

We wanted to add more users so we purchased an activation code for 15-19 users,

 

Logged in to existing workspace & added the new activation code.

The new activation code got activated but it replaced our old license.

Shouldn’t it be added to the existing workspace?

How do I get back my old license of 50 users now? 

Please help.
