Why doesn't the current profile show?

I'm connected on the VPN with my onpremises environment and the profiles direct the configuration to either use the internal IP or a public FQDN of our server.


However I have observed that the current profile does not appear. Why does it happen?

Please use this kb to confirm connection profile configurations settings.
