upgrade Kaspersky network agent from old version to version 12 from command line [MOVED]

Dears,

I install Kaspersky network agent on a new computers from command line and its ok :

start  C:\Windows\System32\msiexec.exe /i "NetAgent_12.2.0.4376\exec\Kaspersky Network Agent.msi" /qn DONT_USE_ANSWER_FILE=1  SERVERADDRESS=xxx.xxx.org EULA=1

When I try to upgrade old computers from old network agent version to version 12 with the same command, nothing happen

how I can upgrade Kaspersky  old network agent version  to version 12 from command line ( because many computers didn't upgrade agent from  security center, for this I try to create bat file with this command and send  it link to users by mail to run it )
