we are using KSC10 (10.5.1781) & KSWS (10.1.2.996).
I’ve configured an exception (e.g.: ‘e:\install\’) via trusted zones but files are still getting blocked. Trusted zone is activated in the policy.
KSC says the policy is applied.
Are there any logfiles on the server I can check to verify the exclusion list?

The “lock” for the Trusted Zone section is not closed in the policy - hence, the policy settings are not applied to the host and the exclusions you’ve added don’t work.
