Tasks are getting scheduled but not running

We have KSC 11 installed to manage 1500 devices. It has been found recently that old tasks and even new tasks are scheduling their run but they actually not run. On devices it shows as scheduled but do not run. I’ve also created a test group and added few devices and  created a device and tried running it but same thing is happening. It does not run and keep it scheduled. Please look into the matter.

 The above are on Virtual Machine. Do you mean we should try backing up the SQL alone or there is some method from Kaspersky Security Center.

By default KSC creates a backup copy at midnaight every day and keeps 3 copies of DB. Please use one of them.

I’m using KES version 11.2.0.2254 and KSC network agent version 11.0.0.1131. Everything was working good, I don’t what happened suddenly.

Have you tried to re-create the task?

Please also provide us with GSI log from admin server host.

Thanks for your support in this. I’ve tried re-creating the task but the issue still persist.

I have started the GSI report on KSC host server. Waiting for it to complete. Once completed i’ll attach here for your review.

According to Kaspersky event log there are some problems related to SQL DB.

Is it possible to restore DB from valid backup copy?

Can you please share me the steps or some knowledge base article to perform the backup restore of DB. As this is a production server and i don't wish to mess it up.

Nikolay,

I found that after increasing the event count in properties of Administration server helped me solving the issue. Also I unchecked unwanted events that were getting stored on AS. Thank you for your kind support and guidance.
