We have KSC 11 installed to manage 1500 devices. It has been found recently that old tasks and even new tasks are scheduling their run but they actually not run. On devices it shows as scheduled but do not run. I’ve also created a test group and added few devices and created a device and tried running it but same thing is happening. It does not run and keep it scheduled. Please look into the matter.

The above are on Virtual Machine. Do you mean we should try backing up the SQL alone or there is some method from Kaspersky Security Center.
By default KSC creates a backup copy at midnaight every day and keeps 3 copies of DB. Please use one of them.
