SVMs On but not reporting to the console

I have and issue with my SVMs, for some reason they loose contact with the Main console.

I restarted the SVMs hoping that will recover the connection to the main console but thats not the case. Because of that all my servers cant be updated since i cant start the task of updating from the svm task pannel:

I really need to fix this in order to keep my servers updated!

Can someone help me please?

Probably a network communication problem - please check the ports against this list.


In addition to the known ports of the network agent( 13.000 TCP/UDP, 14.000 TCP, ...), you need at least port 7271 for the SVM/LightAgent communication towards IntegrationServer/KSC.
