"Site is not responding" Checkpoint VPN

Hi,
We have issues with our VPN connection.
When we try to connect we receive the error "Site is not responding"
We need to close the Kaspersky application in order to accept and trust the certificate.

Every time we make a change in our Checkpoint Firewall (for example when adding a new rule) Kaspersky blocks the vpn connection. 

I have found that the issue is connected with the rule "Blocked url" which I have created in the Web Control function in the Kaspersky Policy.
When I disable the rule, VPN works. .

Can you please provide us with information on the products/versions used/affected?
And screenshots of the policy settings.
