Removing Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11

We’re having trouble removing Kaspersky Endpoint 11 from a Windows 10 system.  It was installed via Kaspersky Cloud.  The application shows up in the App list, but the uninstall button is grayed out, so it won’t work.  We ran kavremover as an administrator and it asks for an account username and password.  We enter that info and the removal fails.  Not sure where to go with this.  Any help?

Hi,

Disable this option (password for uninstallation) from the cloud profile that you apply to that device.

Then try to uninstall.

I failed to mention that I no longer have access to my Kaspersky Business Cloud account.

Hi,

Try to run kavremover in safe mode and if this doesn't work you have to open a support ticket in the Company Account.
