The issue is that while im installing a new version of my Net Agent of Kaspersky. Its tells me that klnagent still running on the computer but i don’t find that service.
Note: And older version of the agent was installed on the computers that are showing the problem.
Hi, maybe there are some leftovers from the previous installation of NA.

I did try it, but it does not work. Any idea of another solution to this problem?
I guess the next step would be analizying a GSI log from that machine
