Problem installing NA - later version is detected

hello

I can't install KES through KSC on one of the WorkStations. I'm getting

Kaspersky Security Center 10 Network Agent (10.5.1781): Remote installation has been completed with an error on this device: Fatal error during installation. (Application cannot be installed. The later version of Network Agent (10.5.6026) is detected.)

I  have read the topic for solve that problem

but i need do that whit KSC Beacuse i hava many client in my network and in cant do it locally.

what should I do ?

Can you please clarify what result you exactly want to achieve?

It seems that on target host you already have patched version of network agent installed.

You are trying to update it to an older version.

I want to Install Endpoint through network agent.because I dont have Endpoint in some clients.when I trying to Install Endpont remotly.I get this error

Application can not be installed.The later version of network agent(10.5.6026) but My network agent ver is 10.5.1781

Hello!

It seems that installation task that you are trying to run have integrated network agent package. 

And during installation it tries to install older version of Network agent. You need to use task without  network agent and install only KES(in case if  current Network agent works)

I am trying to install just kes.aslo I am trying to install another version of kes.but I get same error.

Do I have to search for a clients that has problems???

I didnt find log file in kaspersky server

I got kes log file and GSi report from one system that had problem.

Aftar I got log file I tried to Install locally and I   succeeded.
