new users still get "enter activation code" screen [MOVED]

We're using the Endpoint Security Cloud product, and would like to add users.

According to https://help.kaspersky.com/Cloud/1.0/en-US/169565.htm , to add a user: 1) I enter user email address, 2) they get a custom email, 3) they download the application from the email. This all works. However, at this point my users generally get the "Please enter activation code" screen.

Are activation codes per-product (one for our corporate Cloud setup), or per-user? I thought the custom email automatically linked the user to our corporate Endpoint Security Cloud installation. If not, how can I generate a code to send them?

In your case it looks like there are some conncetion problems. Could you please confirm that network Agent is installed and working correctly(all hosts are visible at the cloud)?
