Why Is it the The Business Cloud Console is always Down for Maintenance 1st thing in the Morning?

 

I am in the UK and can Do nothing on the Console till at least 8:01 am

as I get this Message

The server status will be updated on 12/2/2020, 8:01 AM (+00:00). Please try again later.

Do they not know that some people in the UK start work before 8:01?

Would it not be better to do the Maintenance Earlier in the night when I am tucked up in bed?
