KESecurity Cloud Plus: Android phone - "Device cannot be synchronized" [MOVED]

Have deployed KES on an Android phone using the link emailed to a user via the Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus interface.

App appears to install OK on the device, but one issue remains:-

"Device cannot be synchronized"

"Configure the settings for synchronization with the Administration Server or contact your administrator".

am the administrator.

The phone app's "Synchronisation" screen shows no entry for the Synchronisation Server.

How does this entry get completed? Am using Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus, and would have expected that the deployment link would have included this setting. Presumably it needs to point at my KES Cloud Plus server in some way, but how and where?

The only documentation I can find seems to relate to the use of on-premise Kaspersky Security Centre, for example this doc:-


Version of the app installed on the phone is KES

When starting the app for the first time, it asks for the server address, but gives no clue as to what that address should be when using KES Cloud.

What should it be? And where in the KES Cloud Plus interface is it specified?
