KIS won't start, etc., Mac Mojave.

 

Same problem here but with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.

I can't access any website until I restart my Mac.

We have a fleet of around 240 macs in our organization and all macs present the same problem after some days without a machine reboot.

I'm almost giving up using Kaspersky.

Hi, any updates?

We checked and the problem is extended to all macOS versions, not just Mojave.

We’re planning to move out from Kaspersky in the next month since this is ridiculous. For Windows machines Kaspersky remains a good AV solution, but for macOS, it’s a nightmare.

We also have these same symptoms on different versions of OS, different versions of Agent and Program. The symptoms remain the same.

Trace files were submitted and ticket eventually closed because I could not get access to another MAC to get more trace files.  If the Trace is ran continuously the trace files are too large when the lockup reoccurs.
