@MFCELLERI , Windows XP is not supported by KES anymore. Last release with support WinXP was KES SP1 MR4 (10.2.6.3733). Antivirus databases for this version have no updates, because 10 June 2020 was a product end-of-life.

Now Kaspersky Lab is recommending to protect WinXP workstations by other products:
Kaspersky Embedded System Security  or use Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for APCS computers. Getting additional licenses is required.

P.S. Network Agent must be the same version as Kaspersky Security Center. You have different versions on hosts.

All actual versions Network Agent support Window XP.
Look at the Help: https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/12/en-US/96255.htm

  • Microsoft Windows XP Professional for Embedded Systems 32-bit
  • Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 and higher 32-bit/64-bit

Thanks Demiad, but I confused.

I have clients with Network Agent version 10, 11 and 12 (see the image); but when I send to update the virus database ; don’t work. And have the alert database is extremally old.

What can I do??
