KES stuck at Opening SCM...?

We are running KES 10 on Win server 2012.

I tried running kaspersky backup with and without cmd and with the -log parameter in cmd.

After being stuck at opening scm for 5-7min , i get this message "Error 1197/ 0x0 .operation failed because of time out period expired' of access to service 'klnagent'..

I checked my services and the network security agent is set to automatic start i stopped it and started it agian but same error.

I'm trying to save the backup to C:

Solved after a restart. Some critical updates were installed/applied, maybe that helped, maybe not. Not sure.
