Actually i meant that is it possible to change the directory where Kaspersky stores Windows Update ?
And secondly kindly guide What if KSC Administration Server is set as WSUS server and AD GPO is defined to get Windows updates from WSUS server ?

Okay i misreads your question.
it should make no difference switching Administration server to WSUS servers, you have not said what Kaspersky product you have installed, so i am just guessing here okay.
