Kaspersky network agent installation remotely

when ever i am trying to install network agent remotely getting an error the device may have been disconnected.

i tried it on 6 devices remotely but same error and also i can ping these devices from administration server.

domain and system admin accounts are also added in the task.

 

how i can troubleshoot this issue on urgent basis.
