Kaspersky enpoint security 11 for windows block internet [MOVED]

my internet connection is blocked when I use a fixed IP address ( via a router (default gateway: on my local network.
When I change this connection to ADSL-DHCP with a dynamic IP address, everything works normally.
I also noticed that this problem does not arise when I run windows 10 in safe mode with the network taken into account.
Is there a solution to this problem?

Please check to see if you have both the Kaspersky firewall and the Windows Defender running at the same time.  You may also want to flush DNS on the system to see if it may be a DNS issue.  


Please open a support ticket in Kaspersky Company Account, attach in the support ticket the getsysteminfo (gsi) for review.
