I manage a large company and we are having some issues with updates the kaspersky databases via the Kaspersky Security Center.
Whenever I start the Update Database task, it quickly shows 1% and after a few seconds it is already completed, but the Console is not changes.
The Servers are still maintaining the “yellow” status.
This is only for a few servers and I can not find the solution for it.
Could someone please assist me with this?

Please upgrade KSC to a newer version (KSC v11 or KSC v12)
KSC v10.3.407 status End of support.
