Kaspersky Agent removes License [MOVED]

Dear Community,


i have hardly done this before so please excuse any missing informations.
I currently have the Problem that the Kaspersky Agent installed on a PC is removing the License of the Kaspersky Endpoint Security. If i delete the Agent and license Endpoint Security again it works just fine but a soon as i install the agent the license of Endpoint Security is being removed.

Our Endpoint Security Version is currently and our Agent has the Version 10.4.343.

I Should mension that the Problem is not occuring on any other machine, just this specific one. I tried reinstalling both many times.
Hopefully some of you already discovered this Topic and may found a solution for it.

first of all you have to upgrade your NA since KES11 can be managed from KSC10 SP3 (10.5) and later versions (https://support.kaspersky.com/14307#block2).
Secondly, verify if you had run out of licenses...;)

i am sorry but Upgrading the Agent without Permission from my Supervisor is no Option, especially when the other Computers are not affected by this Trouble.
I am Managing the Agent via KSC 10 and this works fine too.
Licenses are available too.
