Issue upgrading from KES 11.0.0.1131 to KES 11.1.0.15919 with patch pf7024 integrated.


I have created a KES 11.1.0.15919 install package with pf7024 integrated.
I created an installation task using this package.
The task ends correctly but the KSC database update task, starts remain to 0% and ends with a timeout error.
If i try to run the task manually on the client KES interface, KES crashes and i have ti reeboot the pc.
If i before unistall KES 11.1.0.15919 and after i run the KES 11.1.0.15919 with patch pf7024 integrated all end fine and works fine.
is there another pf around?

So, if you uninstall KES and then install the package with pf, it works fine?

Yes, i must unistall before.
i'm trying to create a Kaspersky Application unistall task on KSC but it list only the KES 11.1 version, KES 11.0.0.1131 is not listed.
Can the unistall task for KES11.1 works on KES 11.0?
