Hello,

We are using KSC 10.5 with KES 11.

If the background scan policy is set. and also a schduled scan is scheduled to run at a specific time. will this mean that the scheduled scan will run only if the computer is idle?

Hi,
That means, that a task will start according to its schedule at any PC state, however, it will pause scanning while a PC is busy and continue scanning when it`s idle.
For the task to be resumed, the "run missed task" option should be enabled. isn't it?

"run missed task" option means, that if a PC is turned off, the task will immediately start when the PC is turned on.

What about the tasks that can't run at the time they were scheduled, because the PC was powered off, for example. will they resume when the PC is powered on?
