Failed to establish the HTTPS connection: TLS error (54)

Hello,

I have tried to solve the error on KSC11 which currently says majority of the devices are database out of date following are the below i have tried so far to fix it but none of them resolved the problem.

1: Add URL’s in my proxy server to bypass it (No changes made recently it was sudden give this subject error ) https://support.kaspersky.com/15052#block3

2: Manually download the Kaspersky patch as i can’t find this patch in KSC (11.0.0.1131a) and tried to install with following error. 

2: This is the patch installed in KSC after running reports

3: Try to edit the Reg but couldn’t find the following key that was posted in this forum by @bitboy from last 5th post  to enable HTTP

 

4: Tried this tool in this forum  but nothing pop ups

6: Tried to reset the IE but nothing helps

7:  Run this command 

 

8: uploaded the GSI logs below

 

Please help how do i resolve this problem. Thanks

this version is no longer supported:

change to KS4WS 10.1.2.996 with critical fix core 7 or higher (must be requested from support)

which protection product is installed on the admin-server? 
 

if KS4WS: disable HTTPS-Scan (port 443)
Traffic Security - administrator's guide page 305ff

if that works: configure an exception for the communication.

Answer: Kasper security 10 for Windows Server

I will check the PDF and update .

OK so i have updated the version 10.1.2.996

But still it KSC is not downloading the updates 

I think it’s scanning HTTPS traffic need to assist how to disable this to check it out below

Is this ok to showing KAV certificate when i try browsing the URL of the downloading URL ?

 i have switched to HTTP but still it says file download error. I have bypass this server to firewall for the moment and tested and so far it is working . Looks firewall issues. Thanks alot for all to help me out here specially @alexcad .
