Error 1069: The service did not start due a to logon failure [MOVED]

Hello There,  Currently I have Kaspersky Sec. Center 13. and happen that for some reason after several weeks using the new Sec. Center 13 now I have issues when open the App, says “Windows could not start the Kaspersky Security Center Administration server on local computer” Error 1069: Login failure.  I know Kaspersky as an app called Administration server account Switch Utility, but I have tried 10 times with out success, and I am resetting the password as well on service “ Kaspersky Security center administration server, the service is current has config, the logon account .\KlScSvc.  First question is, Why is happening this? server is working fine and suddenly broke, secondly How can I fix it?  ThX

The issue should require an analysis from Kaspersky Support. I suggest you contact Kaspersky Business Support by opening a web ticket via the company account portal : https://companyaccount.kaspersky.com/account/login .
