Hello. Could anyone please tell me what cause Device has become unmanaged message appears on Critical device status?

Hello, welcome to the new Kaspersky Community.
Have you tried rebooting the computer?
Is the software up to date?
Can you give more detail like logs or error reports?

I guess problem solved. When computer turnd on it disappeared from critical status page. I am just interested in when the same computer could be appear on that page again? X computer was last updated 5 days ago and shown on critical status page. Z computer was last updated 2 month ago but it is on warning status page. is it normal?

This is about application start up. You think that agent not started when computer turn on, right?

Hi @babak well do you have it on auto start or do you do it manually, maybe that's why it fixed itself after refreshed could be freezing unresponsive before woke up and after few minutes of computer activity.
I have a question is this what you are using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11?
And Kaspersky Security 10?
Well administration is kaspersky security center 11 and as antivirus we use endpoint security

Also @babak do you have the latest March 25 auto patch installed.
i am afraid i will not be able to look at it. because i am end user and can only monitor status of computers on kaspersky. Is there any way i can look at it?
