Testing Kaspersky Cloud, installed an agent on a test device (Win10), all good, a policy has been applied, a license has been applied, updates were download and… it shows:

database is up to date, updated 12/24/2019, database released 6/19/2019

 

Any ideas?

Welcome!

  1. Which Kaspersky software is installed, name, version & patch(x)?
  2. Has the test device been rebooted using SHUTDOWN, not Restart?
  3. Is the device system date and time correct? 
  4. In the Kaspersky application reports, do any database updates show a failed status?
