Data encryption does not end. [MOVED]

The encryption has not culminated in some computers, but yes, what should I do so that it culminates in others.

Thanks for your post. As moderator (Mr. Ricardo B.) asked previously: Could you please share with us following information?

  • Kaspersky Endpoint Security version (https://support.kaspersky.com/mx/9381).
  • Kaspersky license version (just confirm if you use KESB Advanced or Total). Please don’t share your license contract, activation code or license key.

Hi,

What the message indicates is that the computer has entered the encryption state specified in the policy.
Giving an error when trying to put this state.
We have to see the description of the error, however it may be that these computers are already encrypted with either FDE or bitlocker without being managed from KSC.
You can see the status of the computer in the properties of the machine in KSC> Applications> Kaspersky Endpoint> statistics (indicates if it is encrypted or the percentage of encryption).

Please confirm if you use KESB Advanced or Total.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus Suite for WKS and FS  is the product installednot the type of license.
