Critical: Not all components were updated [MOVED]

Hi,

 

recently we are always received this message from our office user as per below:

Event 'Not all components were updated' has occurred on device MINGMING in Windows domain WORKGROUP on 2021-07-13T04:07:16 Event type: Not all components were updated Result description: Error

Error: Not all components were updated

User: user01\user01 (Active user) Release date: 13/7/2021 11:57:00 AM

what should i do, please advice

if the computer is running for a long time, a reboot of OS would probably solve the issue.

laptop on and off everyday. is there any other suggestion? now laptop frequently hang/stuck.

Hi,

Please, create the request to technical support team in Kaspersky Company Account.

Attach in the request the getsysteminfo (gsi) of the laptop for review.

From my experience, this error is gone after reboot (if the computer is running for a long time) but completely uninstall KES, reboot and install KES (11.6) again also solves such issues.
