Console problem after update KSC 12 to 13

Hello,

I just upgraded my KSC for 12 to 13 and face now a problem.

the Console not load properly when managing the administration server.

See image attached.

Any idea and suggestion are welcome

normally, it takes some time (a few minutes) until the ksc (console) is useable (especially after an upgrade)

@ak01 Thankyou for your answer… but in my case it never came up (waited ~15 minutes)

check the event log (special kaspersky categories)….

normally, KSC server logs error messages (e.g. if it does not start, cannot access DB...) to microsoft eventlog into special categories (see “Applications and Services Logs”):
