Cannot install KES11 (always display Security application is not installed)

I try many time to install KES11 to my client computer but it only success installed agent but fail to installed application. On Kaspersky Security Center 11 is always display Security application is not installed. I try uninstall it and delete the Kaspersky Lab folder on program (x86) and install again but failed. Any suggestion or advise?

Hi,

Please upload the necessary information so that we can help you (Version and build of Kaspersky installed, OS and servicepack installed, upload your getsysteminfo (gsi) using the latest available version of it, etc ...).

To generate the getsysteminfo (gsi) check this link: https://support.kaspersky.co.uk/common/diagnostics/3632#block7

Getsysteminfo (GSI) direct download: http://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/ConsumerUtilities/GetSystemInfo6.2.zip

Have you tried installing the KES v11 locally?

Have you tried installing the KES v11 locally?

It's not suggested from the Kaspersky support but in this case Kavremover can help.
I suggest to perform manual uninstallation of NetAgent, launch Kavremover, restart the PC and install again NA and KES.
