Can't uninstall Kaspersky endpoint [MOVED]

Hi, we are having trouble with a lot of PCs that we are unable to uninstall Kaspersky.


The reason for uninstalling is that on the Cloud platform these PCs show that they haven’t been connected to the cloud in at least +6months.


Some PCs have accepted the user and password for uninstalling correctly but there are some that don’t accept the credentials and it’s impossible to uninstall. 


I have tried to use the remover tool with domain credentials  but it just keeps loading and nothing happens, I have tried moving the users to another group where credentials for uninstalling are disabled but it keeps asking for them. 


Users are working remotly so it’s pretty hard to try anything from safe mode, any suggestions?
