Hi,

After installing kes 11.1.1.126 & network agent 11.0.0.1131 standlaone package in windows 10 pc 1903. Its getting blue screen error.

Do you install the encryption modul with?
Exactly the same case its me crazy

since windows 1903 a got PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA with KLBBDFIT.sys

My RAM has been test also all my SSD drive

if i uninstall the "internet security" no issue all work perfectly when i reinstall the software the issue reappear.
I send 1 million reports but never any returns
I do not think to renew my license in 1 month if it continues like this

Is HP Velocity installed on pc/notebook? If yes can you remove it and post results
No HP velocity but when I debug the memory dump with winddbg i can see issue occur on the keyboard filtering so I will try to uninstall Logitech GHUb
For me, the file is either FWPKCLNT.SYS or TCPIP.SYS. Blue screens 3-5 times daily, on multiple workstations. Completely uninstalling Kaspersky 11 resolves the problem, as well as rolling back the Windows 10 1903 update to 1809, so it has something to do with this combination. Unfortunately, we will be forced to go back to 1903 within the next 3 months, so it looks like Kaspersky 11 will have to go.

Encryption is not installed, neither is HP Velocity.
Just for reference, I have 2 groups of machines: HP laptops and HP desktops. The laptops seem to be running Windows 10 1903 and KES 11.1.1.126 just fine, the problem is on the desktops. HP Velocity is installed on all laptops but not on the desktops, so it's obviously not the cause.
