Blue Dump Issue from long time

Hi Team,

  We've raised a ticket(INC000011641652) from my kaspersky portal but We haven't got any response since last Friday. Your support team asked a few queries related to the issue on Friday and I responded back the same day but there are no further updates from their end. I even sent follow-up mail on it twice but still there is no response.    I am very disappointed with your support. Our customer is facing this issue from very long and they either want a solution for this issue asap or they will have to switch to some other product.   Regards
