Agent lost communication with Kaspersky Security Center Cloud [MOVED]

Hello, guys!

I have one server running Windows Server 2008 R2, after installation from agent I try check communication with server administration on Cloud, using KSCC (Using this commando line: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent\klnagchk.exe -sendhb). And for all times the same erro is showing. 


Information about this server:

Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

Agent version:

Windows Firewall: disable (For all ambience). 


Erro message: 

Attempting to connect to the Administration Server...Transport level error while connecting to http://vm-202102110540.ghwst5tyfgdefbbcndeexbohrb.nx.internal.cloudapp.net:23117: erro geral 0x515.
