Varify Email

I have tried to verify my email 6 times and never receive any link/email... please fix/help.  xxxx@xxxxxx

I am trying to get a refund on a purchase as my father accidentally purchased 2 licences but I cant contact support until I verify my email, very frustrating.

  1. Check spam/junk folder, sometimes an email may have been misdirected?
  2. According to @Danila T. “If invalid link error occurs within 24 hours after the link was sent, contact Kaspersky Support “, depending on your region, there may be Phone or Online Chat available → on the Support page, select your location, then select Product help, then select from the Choose a communication channel options. 
  3. Or, to log the issue, sign into (your) MyKaspersky account with another email address
