Trouble connecting with 3rd party VPN

I was previously able to  connect to the company VPN using Big IP client.  Since installing Kaspersky I cannot connect.  F5 cannot detect Kaspersky virus application.  Note in Kaspersky log is Object (file) was not  processed.

I uninstalled Secure Client but no change.  The file that was not processed is a cookie txt  file sent by Big IP.  How can I allow this or make Kaspersky process the file?

@IHave3Dogs Welcome. Kaspersky doesn’t manage cookies but you can try this :

Settings > Additional > Threats and Exclusions > Manage exclusions > Add …..
