Switched from KAV subscription to non-subscription but app does not take activation code

I cancelled our Kaspersky Anti-Virus subscription and purchased a two-year license (for 3 computers), which was 732 days’ worth. Unfortunately, the KAV app (in the system tray) does not allow me to add it to the computers. Please help.

Welcome!

  • Has the original License subscription expired
  • In your MyKaspersky account, in Licenses tab, is the new License visible?  (see my image for reference)

     

  • When KAV is opened, in the lower right hand corner of the window, select License, please post an image of the screen that opens please? (see my image for reference)

  • Has the original License subscription expired
    It shows a courtesy 15 days.
  • In your MyKaspersky account, in Licenses tab, is the new License visible?
    Yes.
  • When KAV is opened, in the lower right hand corner of the window, select License, please post an image of the screen that opens please? (see my image for reference)
    I don’t see “License”.

Also, atm under the original KAV License, there is still 15 days of premium/full KAV protection:
