Payment Authorisation Failed

Hi,

 

Tried to renew my license through credit card, nothing works. Just say ‘Payment Authorisation Failed’, tried 2 credit cards (both working fine with other stuff), tried 1 debit card (definitely not empty). Getting very annoyed. 

Tried on Chrome & MS Edge, allow pop ups, still….’Payment Authorisation Failed’.

I click the renew license button on the anti-virus program itself & it refers me to other above link.
