no account attached and was charged for service i can't used. What can i do to fix this?

I’ve used kaspersky anti virus for a while now and recently i had to factory reset the computer i had it on. I thought i had made an account for it when I got it back in 2018 over amazon for an acivation code. I’ve been charged for the renewal but can’t used it as it was a digial renewal and can’t activate it for the computer again without the code. the box with the code is lost. I thought i had an account but after trying to reset the password but it seems i never made an account for it. is there anyway for me to either have that payment refunded or move it to this account so i can get my years worth of protection? I can provide provide proof of the activation code was order over amazon back in 2018 and the payments to my bank account from 2019 and this year if that can help.
