I am running windows 10 pro and whenever I run KAV for a scan it blocks my system sounds so I hear no music anymore! I have to reset the computer to get my audio back. It blcoks also the video I am watching at Youtube!

> uninstall KAV > reboot
> install KAV 2019 > update databases > reboot
