Kaspersky does not allow VPN to be established with F5 Networks

I can't establish a connection to my work VPN, we use F5 Networks and the antivirus is not detected.

Welcome!

  1. Which KAV version & patch(x) x=letter, on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, righclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?
  2. In KAV Reports are there any events that show  “failed connections for your work VPN” & or “F5” events? 
  3. Have any exclusions been applied? 
  4. Is F5 installed on the same computer as KAV? 
  5. Is KAV Premium or Free?
