I can't establish a connection to my work VPN, we use F5 Networks and the antivirus is not detected.

- Which KAV version & patch(x) x=letter, on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, righclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?
- In KAV Reports are there any events that show “failed connections for your work VPN” & or “F5” events?
- Have any exclusions been applied?
- Is F5 installed on the same computer as KAV?
- Is KAV Premium or Free?
