Is there a way to undo the 2019 version and get my 2017 version back? If not, what should I do? :(((( Please help, much appreciated!!

(imo) the only thing to do would be to contact Kaspersky Support and ask them to please assist you?
You can make contact via your MyKaspersky account, create an incident, explain everything as you've explained here. Also you mentioned "KAV, still within license period", if you can recollect the approximate time left, that will also be helpful to the team.
Kaspersky Support will be able to check their records, from that either assist or advise if they cannot.
