I Didn't receive my kaspersky antivirus Activation code


My bank account has been charged but i have neither received an email nor a message on my mobile about the purchase.
Any help is appreciated.

What to do if you didn’t receive an activation code after paying
I have made payment for renew Single user. Payment has been debited from account but still I did not receive any mail from kaspersky and my account was not renewd. What to do please help.

i was charged for buy a license activation code, but did not receive a email with code,

please why did not and with who can i talk to fix this,

I didn’t received activation code (for total security) after payment and my payment was done when i am not logged in to my kaspersky account. Please help in this issue

I didn’t even received order number. But i have a transaction id of that payment which was through SBI netbanking Rs 1599 (Total security 2 years 1 device)

  • Is the transaction id information from your financial institution & can you see the payment has been deducted? 
  • Please don’t post private information here in the Community, please contact Kaspersky Technical Support (as it says in the documentation), if you do not have an Order number, still contact the Support Team and provide as much information as you possibly can; they will help if they can.
