Heur Trojan PSW Generic detection on website.

Two customers with Kapersky have not been able to checkout on our site due to the Heur Trojan PWS detected. How am I able to determine if this is truly an issue and if it is indeed a skimmer, or some other malicious script, remove it?

Scan the URLs using Kaspersky’s open threat portal → select the Lookup tab  & also select Submit to reanalyse, add your email address & a comment →advising “HeurTrojan-PWS” issue → select Send.

If you have a subscription license, log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the template as in our image; in the problem description provide a detailed history, images & or video: if they help explain the problem & the URL/link to this Community topic: Support may request Logs & or other system data, they will guide you if necessary, ask the Support Team if the detections are False positives?
