I paid for my copy of Kaspersky two days ago. Since then, all files on my computer are reverting to “read only.” When I attempt to trouble shoot, I get a prompt that says “your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk.”
This is my own PC - I am the helpdesk.
Trouble shooting again online says that it is my third party anti-virus that is causing this issue and that I should delete?
I’m using Windows 10
