Could malicious code be embedded in the txt file?

I am using an android smartphone, but I downloaded a very small txt file from a certain post and opened it.

At that moment, the processing speed of the mobile phone became very slow, and when I ran the file using htmlviewer, only a few lines of the encoded characters were listed.

After downloading it back to the computer and examining it with the kaspersky program, it turned out to be no problem.

I ran a vaccine program for smartphones, but it turned out that there was nothing wrong. The file's extension was also definitely .txt.

I would like to hear your opinion as an expert.

When your phone opens a txt file with a wrong file encoding, the opened file may be displayed as garbled characters. If convenience, Please send the txt file to me via PM. Let me check this file.

If you do not sure about some file in general - upload the file to https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ or create a request to Tech Support for additional check of the file for any kind of malware code.
